This is how I look at 3 weeks out. Looking a little depleted coz is still on zero carbs. Bodyweight is 104 kg (228lbs). I am on the right track as far my prep is concerned. My goal now is to look fuller and rounder and improve still on vascularity and conditioning when i drop water and carb load a few days before the contest. Will keep you guys posted! Very happy with the way I look 3 weeks out. Improved on a few mandatory poses esp the side chest and tricep pose. Legs look a little blurr though coz I had a brutal leg workout a day before the photoshoot.
