Ali Amini from Bahrain and his beautiful wife visited Malaysia for a week. We corresponded via sms, phone calls and e mails all this while and it was my pleasure to finally meet him. It was their first time in Malaysia and they liked it very much.They visited many beautiful resorts and was invited by the Ministry of Sport as part of the VIPs to attend a local bodybuilding contest ( Mr. Gym Rakyat) where i guest posed in Kuala Lumpur on 15th December.
      As part of his itenary, he conducted a seminar at my buddy Terry 's Ultimate Gym. The turnout was good as many of them did not want to miss this golden opportunity to learn from one of the best nutrition gurus in the world.
      He also visited my fitness center, F1 Fitness One gym and gave me undivided attention on training. His training methods is out of this world as i learned a lot of new and effective exercises from him. With this new training program,I am sure to come in even bigger and better in my upcoming contests, the Australian Pro and New Zealand Pro shows next year!
      They told me they loved this place and will come back for a longer trip next year!!
