I was invited by my friend, Mr. Tan the owner of the Oasis Health Care and Beauty Center and gym in Kuantan to conduct a seminar in fitness and bodybuilding in November 2007. It was held at the gym and most of the audiences were gym members including a few that came from other states too. I striked a few poses for the camera at the end of the seminar and we did give cert of participation for those who attended.
