This year's regional event was held in Singapore. It was very well organised. Kudos to WBPF Singapore. 8 countries participated and the stardard or quality of contestants was superb. Good to see that the stardard of bodybuiding in South East Asia is improving fast. Also it was very nice to catch up with some of my Singapore bodybuilding friends.
