I have been extremely busy lately with my personal training business (still expanding!), own training (becoming more intesive!), FusionExcel business (the pendant company and also my sponsor) and recently just finished shooting for a 13-episode TV program on health and fitness called "Senam Sihat". This program will be aired on RTM 2 every week in October/November after Raya (New Year for Muslims).
      This project was done by Eurofine, a well known local production company and I am glad that they casted me as the trainer for the program. All of my scenes were shot at my fitness center F1 Fitness One and my role in the program was to show the audience on how to use the gym equipment and perform the exercises correctly. No problem there lol!!
      The Malaysian goverment is doing its job to create an awareness on health and fitness as Malaysians are getting more health conscious coupled with the mushrooming of gyms locally in the past 5 years. As we all know that health is EVERYTHING! Even money can't buy health. So everyone lets get busy and get to the gym and exercise!!
      Of course, I wore the FusionExcel energy pendant during my sets and it helped me to stay focused and energetic eventhough sometimes the shoot could last more than 10 hours straight. Thank you FusionExcel!
