Terry Gallyot is one of the best bodybuilders in Malaysia. He has been competing since 1989 and has won many local and regional titles. He was a multiple Mr. Malaysia and was th IFBB Mr.Asia in 1999. A heavyweight competitor since a teenager, he also own a gym in Kuala Lumpur called "the Ultimate Gym" for the past 15 years. A great bodybuilder and a very friendly person, Gallyot is currently involved in the movie industry. He is into acting and set to shoot for a local movie in Japan very soon. We wish him all the best in his new endevour. He told me he will be back to compete in the near future!! Watch out for this veteran to kick some a** again on stage!!!
